At OM Banna Showroom, we take pride in the quality of our wedding wear and traditional clothing. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized, tailored, or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories such as safas, stoles, or jewelry (unless damaged)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of payment by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
